First, find out whether your model can be measured.
Tell us which model you run and what serves it. You'll get a free written note back saying whether that setup can be measured, and which part of your stack decides it. The note never includes a score. “Not sure what serves it” is a perfectly good answer.

Measurement of the model you host or control.
LLM Validation Report
$9,500, one model configuration, signed and dated, five business days from materials-complete. On your first engagement the invoice goes out only with the delivered report and carries a written guarantee: if the report gives your governance file nothing you can use, say in writing what is missing within fourteen days and the invoice is cancelled.
Continuous Assurance
$6,500 per quarter for one production model, $8,000 per quarter for a second model or a heavy change cadence. That covers the quarterly trend record, change gates before you deploy, and an incident allowance.
Model Selection Study
$4,500 for two candidate models, plus $1,500 per additional candidate, to a maximum of four candidates for $7,500. Cheapest time to measure is before you commit to one.

Vendor Evidence Pack
$12,500, one product and one model configuration: the signed evidence report, a shareable summary letter, a questionnaire-ready evidence brief, and twelve months of written answers to your buyers' reviewers. On a vendor's first engagement it is invoiced only on delivery, under the same written guarantee.
Scope, not negotiation
Additional model or deployment configuration +$4,000 · expedited 48-hour delivery +$3,000. One post-remediation re-measurement within 60 days is included, once.
Evidence Refresh
$5,000 per quarter keeps the evidence inside the freshness window enterprise reviews ask about.
Sample
The vendor evidence pack, in full, with nothing to fill in: read the vendor sample report. It is the same measurement as the main sample, framed for your buyers' reviewers.
What the lab stands behind
Every report is signed by name and dated. Any factual or methodological error your reviewers find is corrected and the report re-issued at no cost. Errors and omissions coverage is bound before any client work begins. Questions from your reviewers get a written answer, on the record.

No. Bigger engagements cost more through scope: more models, more configurations, expedited delivery.
What are the payment terms?
Signed engagement letter before any work begins, then invoice on the terms stated in the letter, ACH or check. On a client's first engagement the invoice issues only on delivery and carries a written guarantee: if the report gives your governance file nothing usable, say in writing what is missing within fourteen days and the invoice is cancelled. Repeat one-off measurements bill at list unless a quarterly program covers them.
